Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. All of our lighting fixtures are covered by a 2-year limited warranty (excluding bulbs), guaranteeing freedom from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required to process any warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

If you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact us at support@avermonta.com with the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our customer service team will respond within 12 hours to review your case and provide assistance.

Replacement Parts

  • For part-related issues, we will provide free replacement parts, including additional spare components (5–6 extra parts), shipped via express delivery.

  • If the issue is related to installation or poor component contact, our technical support team will assist you promptly.

We strongly recommend installation by a qualified lighting professional to ensure proper function and safety.

Important Notes

  • This warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include a full fixture replacement.

  • If other components of the fixture (such as crystals, screws, or bulbs) are in good condition, only the defective parts will be replaced.

  • Please store the fixture and components properly while awaiting replacement parts.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural disasters is not covered.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural variations in materials, including differences in color, texture, or grain

  • Minor imperfections inherent to handmade products

  • Damage caused by improper handling or care of finishes

  • Fading or deterioration resulting from outdoor use

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
