Shipping policy

Below is an overview of our shipping services and delivery process.

Shipping Coverage & Fees

We currently provide complimentary standard shipping on all eligible orders.
At this time, we are unable to offer delivery services to Hawaii or U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
For shipping availability in other regions, please contact us prior to placing an order.


Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time is calculated as:

Order Processing Time + Transit Time

  • Order Processing:
    Typically 3–7 business days, depending on the size and specifications of the item.

  • Transit Time:
    Estimated 6–12 business days. Oversized or custom items may require additional transit time.
    In such cases, our team will confirm the expected delivery schedule with you via email.

If your order is associated with a time-sensitive project, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss possible expedited options.


Important Notes on Shipping Timelines

All stated shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as carrier operations, item dimensions, or selected shipping methods.
Order cut-off times determine when processing begins and may differ by carrier. The daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (Los Angeles Time).

During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing and transit times may be extended.


Order Confirmation & Shipping Updates

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your item ships, a second email will be sent with tracking details once available.
Please note that tracking numbers may require up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.

Due to state tax regulations and fulfillment processes, shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed.
Orders that have already entered processing or transit are not eligible for cancellation.
We kindly ask that you review all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.


Tracking Your Order

Delivery timelines begin once your order is accepted and include initial processing within the business day.
When your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout.
You may use this tracking number to monitor the shipment directly with the assigned carrier.

Please ensure that the tracking number corresponds to the shipping carrier used.
