Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that lighting selections may not always fit perfectly with every space or décor. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery.

All return requests must comply with the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product has not been installed or used

  • All components are complete, with no missing parts

  • The item is returned within 90 days of the delivery date

  • The product is securely packed in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.


Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.
Requests made outside of this return window will not be accepted.

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

  • For non-customized orders, cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by replying to your order confirmation email.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement:
    Full refund with no additional charges.

  • After 24 hours:
    A handling fee equal to 5% of the order value, along with applicable transaction fees, will be deducted from the refund.

  • After shipment:
    Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers must wait until the item is delivered before initiating a return request.

Shipping details will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For transit-related damage, replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost.

  • In cases of severe damage, a full product replacement will be arranged at no charge.

Photo or video evidence may be required to assess the issue.


Return Procedure

Step 1: Submit a Request
Please email support@avermonta.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Step 2: Return the Item
If approved, you will receive return instructions and the designated return address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Returned items are inspected within 7 business days of receipt. Once approved, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange.


Return Shipping Fees

  • There are no return shipping fee, a full refund will be issued.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If your refund has not appeared after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
